Description
Protects your hair, reduces frizz, and helps prevent breakage.
Easy to use, it can be worn both day and night.
1° Place the loop ribbon on top of your hair, dry or slightly damp, then use your favourite hair clip (not included) to hold it in place.
2° Start wrapping half of your hair around the ribbon, beginning with a section at the top of your head. Secure the ends of your hair with a scrunchie, then repeat on the other side.
3° Let your hair dry or keep the ribbon on overnight. To remove it, take off the scrunchies and gently undo your hair, then slide the ribbon off from the top.
4° Tousle and style your hair as you wish. Say hello to beautiful hair!

Shipping & Delivery:
You will find a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, which you can click on directly in the email to receive information about the current delivery status.
For orders with a total value of less than CHF 39.95, shipping costs of CHF 6.90 will be charged.
We only send PostPac Priority. You will usually receive your delivery within 1-2 working days.
Returns
You can return your ordered items to us within 14 days.
You can return the items to a Metro store of your choice or send them back by post.
If you want to return items from several orders, please make sure to enclose all the return slips for the respective orders. This makes it easy to keep the deliveries separate.
Reimbursement
The amount of the returned items will be refunded to the payment method selected when ordering within 10 working days. A cash refund in the store is not possible.
Please note: For orders under CHF 39.95, the shipping costs are due and payable even if the entire item is returned. The CHF 6.90 will not be refunded or deducted from the invoice.
