Payment methods
Payment via Twint
You can also pay with Twint. To do so, select Twint as your payment method, and you’ll be redirected to Twint at the end of the checkout process. If you’re already a Twint user, you can log in with your credentials and confirm the payment.
When you pay for an order via Twint, you’ll always receive an order confirmation from us. Please note, however, that in rare cases, processing errors may occur on Twint’s end over which we have no control.
Payment by credit card
With us, you can pay conveniently and securely by credit card (MasterCard/Visa). Your credit card information is transmitted using SSL encryption. Thanks to this high security standard, shopping at metroboutique.ch with a credit card is safe. Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order confirmation is sent.
Payment by invoice
If you wish to pay by invoice, Metro Boutiques will assign the claim to its payment partner, MF Group AG (Bohl 6, 9000 St. Gallen), provided that you are a natural person of legal age and have sufficient creditworthiness. When paying by invoice, the shipping address and the billing address must match. The procedure for accepting payments via Powerpay is determined by MF Group AG (General Terms and Conditions: https://terms.mfgroup.ch/agbfiles/MF_AGB_de.pdf.
In the event of a rejection, only MF Group AG is able to inform the customer of the reasons for the rejection. If you have any questions, please contact MF Group AG's customer service: http://www.mfgroup.ch/de/orderdenied or select a different payment method.

Invoices are not issued by us, but by MF Group AG (Am Bohl 6, 9004 St. Gallen) and sent via email. The payment term is 30 days. If you return part of your order, MF Group AG will send you a new invoice via email, and you may dispose of the original invoice.
For deposits made at a post office counter, the recipient's applicable postal fees will be charged on the next invoice. There are no additional costs for bank or postal account transfers.
Payment via PostFinance
With your PostFinance account, you can pay us using PostFinance Pay. PostFinance allows you to make secure and fast payments online. The amount is debited directly from your PostFinance account at no charge. Monthly limits are set to protect against unauthorized use.
Payment via PayPal
You can also pay via PayPal. To do so, select PayPal as your payment method; at the end of the checkout process, you'll be redirected directly to PayPal. There, you can log in with your account information or create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
Payment via Metro Boutique gift card
The Metro Boutique gift card serves as a simple and secure “prepaid” payment method, both in the online store and at our retail locations. Gift cards can be purchased in the online store, at all Metro Boutique stores, and at various post offices. Gift cards purchased at a post office can only be redeemed after 24 hours.
To redeem a Metro Boutique gift card in the online store, select “Metro Gift Card” under “Gift Certificate” during checkout and enter the POWER number and CODE found on the back of the gift card. If your gift card does not have a sufficient balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method. You can check your gift card balance here.
