Payment by Twint

You can also pay with Twint. Select Twint as your payment method and you will be forwarded directly to Twint at the end of the order process. If you are already a Twint customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment.
If you pay for an order via Twint, you will always receive an order confirmation from us. Please note, however, that in rare cases processing errors may occur on the Twint side, over which we have no control.

Payment by credit card

You can pay conveniently and securely by credit card (MasterCard/Visa). Your credit card details are transmitted in encrypted form using SSL technology. This high security standard means that shopping at metroboutique.ch by credit card is secure. Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order confirmation is sent.

Payment by invoice

If you wish to pay by invoice, Metro Boutiques will assign the claim to its payment partner MF Group AG (Bohl 6, 9000 St. Gallen), provided that you are a natural person of legal age and have sufficient creditworthiness. For the invoice payment method, the delivery address and the invoice address must match. The procedure for accepting payments via Powerpay is determined by MF Group AG (General Terms and Conditions: https://terms.mfgroup.ch/agbfiles/MF_AGB_de.pdf.

In the event of a rejection, only MF Group AG is in a position to inform the customer of the reasons for this. If you have any questions, please contact the customer service of MF Group AG: http://www.mfgroup.ch/de/orderdenied or choose another payment method.

The invoices are not issued by us, but by MF Group AG (Bohl 6, 9000 St. Gallen) and will be delivered to you in the package. The payment period is 30 days. If part of your order is returned, MF Group AG will send you a new invoice by e-mail and the original invoice can be destroyed.

For payments made at the post office counter, the recipient's postal charges will be passed on in the subsequent invoice. There are no additional costs for bank or postal account transfers.

Payment by PostFinance

You can use your PostFinance account to pay with PostFinance Pay. PostFinance enables you to pay securely and quickly online. The amount is debited directly from your PostFinance account free of charge. Monthly limits are set to protect against misuse.

Payment by PayPal

You can also pay via PayPal. Select PayPal as the payment method and you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. There you can log in with your user data or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

Payment by Metro Boutique gift card

The Metro Boutique gift card is a simple and secure "prepaid" payment method, both in the online store and in our stores. Gift cards can be purchased in the online store, in all Metro Boutique stores and at various post offices. Gift cards purchased at a post office can only be redeemed after 24 hours.
To redeem a Metro Boutique gift card in the online store, select "Metro Giftcard" under gift voucher when completing your order and enter the POWER-NR and CODE, which you will find on the back of the gift card. If your gift card does not have a sufficient balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method. You can check the balance of your gift card at here.
