Shipping policy

Your order will be checked with the utmost care and packed by hand by our employees. We charge a flat rate of CHF 6.90 for this processing, including shipping costs. Metro Boutique will cover the remaining costs for you. This cost share is below the usual market prices and below the usual Swiss Post shipping costs. For orders of CHF 39.95 or more, we will cover all processing and shipping costs.

We only send PostPac Priority. This means you will usually receive your delivery within 1-2 working days*. Delivery is only made within Switzerland and Liechtenstein with Swiss Post. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the consignment number. You can use this to find out about the current shipment status of your order.

* Estimated time frame. Delays may be caused by external factors or by the delivery service, for which Metro Boutique is not liable.
