For all your purchases (stores & online store) you will receive one M-Coin and one Status M-Coin per franc spent (net). The net purchase value is decisive. The M-Coins collected are automatically credited to your account 14 days after the purchase. Within the 14 days between purchase and crediting due to a possible return, the points will first be displayed as "pending" and then as "confirmed". There are no M-Coins on gift cards.

1st M-Coins: You redeem these for rewards and they expire 12 months after you have collected them. So redeem them quickly. The M-Coins can fluctuate depending on whether you earn new M-Coins for activities or spend them on rewards.

2. status M-Coins: They determine your status in the Metro Boutique Club and are reset 12 months after joining or after reaching the next level. Status M-Coins are the sum of all your M-Coins received within a year and increase with every completed purchase. The status you achieve within a year remains valid for the next 12 months.

The M-Coins won will be displayed as "pending" in your member account 1 day after your purchase.

Your M-Coins will only be credited after 14 days (return period) following your purchase. If you return the entire purchase within this period, no M-Coins will be credited. If you cancel or return part of your purchase, M-Coins will be credited for the remaining amount after the 14-day period has expired.

You can unsubscribe from the Metro Boutique Club via the black button (bottom of the screen) in our online store or via the app. By unsubscribing, you lose your entitlement to the benefits associated with the loyalty program. No further M-Coins will be credited to you for future purchases and the M-Coins you have already collected will expire.
