Heel plug remover

Removing the heel plug:
1. Locate the preinstalled heel plug. Insert the plug remover into the slot of the heel plug.
2. Pull the heel plug remover until you can remove the plug by hand.
Installing the wheel:
1. Place the wheel into the holder, aligning the axle and the slot openings of the holder.
2. Press firmly on the wheel with the palm of your hand into the holder until it clicks fully into place. Before rolling, press each wheel to ensure it is securely fitted.
Removing the wheels:
1. Hold the shoe upside down, wheels facing upwards. Insert the wheel remover on each side of the wheel, into the wheel wall beneath the axle.
2. Once the wheel hook is firmly placed around the axle, pull upwards and outwards, away from the shoe. This releases one side of the axle from the holder. Remove the released wheel from the holder with your hand.

Shipping & Delivery:
You will find a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, which you can click on directly in the email to receive information about the current delivery status.
For orders with a total value of less than CHF 39.95, shipping costs of CHF 6.90 will be charged.
We only send PostPac Priority. You will usually receive your delivery within 1-2 working days.
Returns
You can return your ordered items to us within 14 days.
You can return the items to a Metro store of your choice or send them back by post.
If you want to return items from several orders, please make sure to enclose all the return slips for the respective orders. This makes it easy to keep the deliveries separate.
Reimbursement
The amount of the returned items will be refunded to the payment method selected when ordering within 10 working days. A cash refund in the store is not possible.
Please note: For orders under CHF 39.95, the shipping costs are due and payable even if the entire item is returned. The CHF 6.90 will not be refunded or deducted from the invoice.
