Entfernen des Fersenstopfens:
1. Suchen Sie den vorinstallierten Fersenstopfen. Führen Sie den Stöpselentferner in den Schlitz des Fersenstöpsels ein.
2. Heben Sie den Fersenstopfen-Entferner ab, bis Sie ihn mit der Hand entfernen können.
Einbau der Räder:
1. Setzen Sie das Rad in die Halterung ein und richten Sie dabei die Öffnungen der Achsen und der Halterung aus.
2. Drücken Sie das Rad mit der Handfläche fest in die Halterung, bis es vollständig einrastet. Treten Sie vor dem Anheben auf jedes Rad, um sicherzustellen, dass es sicher sitzt.
Ausbau der Räder:
1. Halten Sie den Schuh umgedreht, so dass die Räder nach oben zeigen. Führen Sie den Radentferner auf beiden Seiten des Rades in das Radloch unter der Achse ein.
2. Sobald der Radhaken fest um die Achse sitzt, ziehen Sie ihn nach oben und vom Schuh weg. Dadurch wird eine Seite der Achse von der Halterung gelöst. Nehmen Sie das bereits gelöste Rad mit der Hand aus der Halterung.

Shipping & Delivery:
You will find a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, which you can click on directly in the email to receive information about the current delivery status.
For orders with a total value of less than CHF 39.95, shipping costs of CHF 6.90 will be charged.
We only send PostPac Priority. You will usually receive your delivery within 1-2 working days.
Returns
You can return your ordered items to us within 14 days.
You can return the items to a Metro store of your choice or send them back by post.
If you want to return items from several orders, please make sure to enclose all the return slips for the respective orders. This makes it easy to keep the deliveries separate.
Reimbursement
The amount of the returned items will be refunded to the payment method selected when ordering within 10 working days. A cash refund in the store is not possible.
Please note: For orders under CHF 39.95, the shipping costs are due and payable even if the entire item is returned. The CHF 6.90 will not be refunded or deducted from the invoice.
