Metro Boutique Club - Terms of use

TERMS AND CONDITIONS METRO BOUTIQUE LOYALTY PROGRAM

1.INTRODUCTION

1.1 By joining the Metro Boutique Club, you agree to our Terms of Use.

1.2 Membership is free of charge and not linked to any purchase. The only requirement is your own Metro Boutique customer account.

1.3 As a member of the Metro Boutique Club, you can collect M-Coins and redeem them for various offers. The more M-Coins you collect, the higher your Club rank will rise.

1.4 In the privacy policy you will find all the information on how Metro Boutique manages your personal data.


2. MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Membership is only open to private individuals who are not acting as representatives of a company and who have a current, valid e-mail address.

2.2 By registering, you confirm that we may send you emails about the Metro Boutique Club and newsletters with promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time.

2.3 Your membership is personal and non-transferable and is subject to these Metro Boutique Terms and Conditions, which you agree to by redeeming offers (vouchers) and by making purchases and using associated services. Only one membership can be concluded per person and e-mail address.

2.4 Companies, groups, associations and other legal entities or others who make purchases in excess of the usual household amount are excluded from membership. The Metro Boutique Club may not be used for resale or for other commercial purposes and activities.


3. METRO BOUTIQUE TREUPROGRAM

3.1 The Metro Boutique loyalty program is a purely digital club and is limited to all purchases in the stores and in the online store. You can only collect M-Coins when you shop as a Club Member or participate in other points activities. Please note that no M-Coins are credited when purchasing gift cards.

3.2 The loyalty program is also available as a practical APP.

3.3 The M-Coins collected are personal and non-transferable.

3.4 If you return an item, the M-Coins will be deducted from the purchase in question.

3.5 To collect M-Coins, you must present your Metro Boutique app at the checkout. In the online store, you can simply log in to your customer account before making a purchase.

4. M-COINS, STATUS AND VOUCHERS

4.1 M-Coins can be redeemed for rewards and expire 12 months after you have collected the M-Coins. M-Coins can fluctuate depending on whether you earn new M-Coins for activities or spend them on rewards.

4.2 Status M-Coins: They determine the status of the Metro Boutique Club and are reset 12 months after joining or after reaching the next level. Status M-Coins are the sum of all M-Coins received within a year and increase with every completed purchase. The status you achieve within a year remains valid for the next 12 months.

4.3 For all purchases (stores & online store), you will receive one M-Coin and one M-Coin status for each franc spent (net). The net purchase value is decisive. Exception: Gift cards and postage costs (delivery costs) are not eligible for M-Coins.

4.4 The collected M-Coins are automatically displayed as "pending" on your member account 1 day after your purchase. Within the 14 days between purchase and crediting due to a possible return, the M-Coins will first be displayed as "pending" and then as "confirmed". If you partially cancel or return your purchase, M-Coins will be credited for the remaining amount after the 14 days have expired.

4.5 You can exchange the M-Coins for rewards. The overview of the offers can be viewed at any time in the Club account.

4.6 The vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards. They can also not be credited towards purchases made.

4.7 Each voucher can be redeemed once in all stores and in the online store. Not transferable or cumulative with other promotions.

4.8 In the event of a return, the discount advantage received through the voucher (value of the voucher) is forfeited. Only the amount actually paid, not including the savings from the voucher, will be paid out.

5. CANCELING THE METRO BOUTIQUES LOYALTY PROGRAM

5.1 You can cancel your membership at any time, but your online store account will remain active.

5.2 If you cancel your membership, you will lose your entitlement to the benefits associated with the loyalty program. No further M-Coins will be credited for future purchases and the M-Coins already collected will expire.

5.3 Metro Boutique may, at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, limit, modify or suspend the Metro Boutique Club and/or the General Terms and Conditions if changes in the law, changes in the services offered by Metro Boutique or the introduction of new services so require. This change will take effect after 14 working days from the date on which you were notified of this change in the Club account, online, by email (or a combination of these). If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to cancel your membership.

5.4 Metro Boutique reserves the right to make minor changes to the Loyalty Program and its Terms and Conditions without prior notice, provided that such changes do not have a significant negative impact on the Metro Boutique Club membership.

5.5 Any proven abuse of the loyalty program, proven or reasonably suspected fraud, non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions, misrepresentation or conduct detrimental to the interests of Metro Boutique may lead to the termination of membership and exclude further participation in the Metro Boutique Club. If your membership is revoked, all M-Coins will automatically expire.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Metro Boutique is not liable for system malfunctions or failures of the loyalty program, nor for the consequences thereof. Metro Boutique assumes no liability for damages and losses caused by suspension, modification, termination or in connection with the loyalty program, except where liability cannot be excluded in accordance with the statutory provisions.
